Candle Safety & Usage
Customers are responsible for using candles safely and carefully. Candles should always be used as per basic fire-safety precautions and product usage instructions.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep candles away from children, pets, curtains, paper, fabrics and other flammable materials.
- Place candles only on a stable, flat and heat-resistant surface.
- Do not move a candle while it is burning or while the wax is hot.
- Keep candles away from direct air flow, fans and open windows while burning.
- Stop using the candle when only a small amount of wax remains at the bottom.
Vivid Flame shall not be responsible for damage, injury, loss, fire hazard or accidents caused by misuse, unsafe handling, negligence, or failure to follow candle safety instructions.
Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Order Acceptance

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable refund timeline.
